In the video performance of "Blueberries and Cranberries" a dance leaves traces on the white kitchen floor. Approximately three handfuls of blueberries and cranberries lay scattered on the floor, decorated with four slices of lemon. The camera persistently pursues the happenings on the kitchen floor and shows only Renate Kowanz-Kocer's feet and legs, stepping carefully over the berries, at the beginning, in order not crush them.

Carefully, the legs begin to dance around the fruits; the more the fruits leave their colorful marks on the linoleum, the more powerful and dynamics the dance becomes.
Finally all berries are reduced to a colorful surface, the gloss of the clean floor disappears: the dancing legs draw lines, circles and paths.
The performance takes 7 minutes and 30 seconds, the electric/acoustical music of the video performance was arranged by the artist and musician.
