The imitation of pupil movements by oscillating focused and unfocused pictures is a Lokal TV trailer produced for the exhibition Zones of Disturbance (Zonen der Verstörung). Lokal TV invited a series of artist groups, who use the medium television as a possibility to critically deal with political happenings, to participate.

Lokal TV is dedicated to the investigation of different models of media. The interest is not in installing temporary artworks, but in the creation of a network of different working groups whose modes of operation deal with concrete subject matter and politically ambitious TV.
Because of lack in working space for production, the cooperative has deemed itself temporarily out of action. (Suess)
